Winemaking:
Wine produced with grapes from two very special vineyards: the Quinta da Água Alta vineyard and an old vineyard, Quinta do Fojo Velho. Aging for a year and a half in French oak barrels and six months in the bottle, which allowed for the perfect marriage of the grapes from the old vines.
