We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 5 days of your purchase. If 5 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
The article must be in the original packaging.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the item in question is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Late or missing refunds

Shipping
Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following address (Relevant Address)
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are not refundable! If you receive a refund, the return cost will be deducted from your refund.
