Winemaking:
All the white grapes are fermented with a long skin maceration, with foot treading in lagares, to give structure to the wine. Following fortification with grape brandy, the wine ages for many years in casks and in old oak vats.

Port from a single lot with more than 50 years of age. The tinged green colour it's the proof of the ageing. Very concentrated and rust but at the same time elegant with strength and very complex.Store and Serve Advices:
To serve chilled (10ºC) as an aperitif, and at 14-18ºC as a after dinner Port.Food Pairing:
To be served chilled as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to desserts.Allergens:
