It presents a captivating very open ruby red. The absence of any aging in barrels accentuated the fruity aromas typical of the Pinot Noir variety, with ripe strawberries and cherries standing out against a slightly vegetal background, together with cigar box notes. In the mouth it is vibrant and very elegant.
Store and serve advice:
It should be served between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with grilled fish, such as grilled sardines or sea bass, grilled pork or roast chicken.
