Winemaking:
Crushing and destemming. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel at 26ºC. Maceration after prolonged fermentation. After 4 months in stainless steel, the wine aged for 12 months in 225 liter French oak barrels.

Ruby color. Intense and varied aroma with notes of cloves, violets and toasted vanilla. Ripe fruit is enveloped in a hint of leather and spice. Complex, full-bodied and long flavor.
