Winemaking:
vat is filled with 95% of destemmed grapes. Low extraction “reassembly” and natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts. No addition of products exogenous to the grape was used, with the exception of a minimum dose of sulphites. Aged 12 months in used barrels. Unfiltered wine.
