Winemaking:
Total destemming, prolonged pelicular maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca
Tasting Notes:
Garnet color. Intense aroma of ripe fruit, hints of spices and light toast. Reveals good structure and acidity with a long and pleasant finish.
Store and serve advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with red meat dishes and well seasoned dishes.
