Tasting Notes:
A wine with the characteristic aromas of the Alicante Bouschet variety. In the mouth it is full of intensity, with ripe but fresh fruit, very complex, mineral, deep, very polished, with a very long and explosive finish.
Store and serve advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy with well-flavoured dishes of more elaborately prepared red or white meat. A wine that can accompany both traditional and modern cuisine.
