Tasting Notes:
Very concentrated ruby color. Aromatic and fresh with ripe black fruits, blackberry, plum and raisins. Elegant balance with notes of spices and wood. Dense tannins, well-balanced acidity and minerality reveal some good structure in the mouth, body and consistency, maintaining the aromatic character in a long and persistent finish, auguring great longevity.
Store and serve advice:
Serve at a temperature between 14 and 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with more elaborate food. Pairs perfectly with red meat dishes and cheeses.
