Winemaking:
An excellent ambassador for Alentejo red wines. An easy to drink and very fresh blend of 3 grape varieties. A good choice when looking for an elegant wine to accompany an inspiring meal. Fermented in temperature controlled marble tanks. The wine is then macerated “sur lies” in vats.
Grape Varieties:
Arinto, Antão Vaz, Verdelho
Tasting Notes:
citrus fruits with greenish reflections. Tropical fruits, notes of toast, vanilla and dried fruits. In the mouth it has great volume and juiciness associated with very good acidity. It ends with a great feeling of freshness.
Store and serve advice:
Serve at a temperature of 12ºC.

Ideal with white meats and salads.
