100% destemmed by vibration. Aged for 12 months in new 500 liter French oak barrels.

Grande Villae red is a heritage wine, with a strong and generous personality, which speaks of the Taboadella vineyard, which has always produced reds of complex intensity and very elegant structure. But it is also a wine of the future that surprises with its energy, amplified by its very present minerality and where in each brushstroke we find the cry of the territory, the pure expression of the granite, the subtle elegance of the grape varieties cultivated in the highlands and with persistence, respect memory from its origin.
Store and serve advice:
Store in a dark and cool place (12 to 14ºC), in a horizontal position and without vibration. Drink at a temperature of 16ºC. We recommend decanting it into a pitcher before drinking. It can be stored for 12 years.
Food Pairing:
This wine goes well with red meat, roast beef and grilled meats.
