Winemaking:
The L.B.V. is a wine born of an extraordinary harvest, which results from a careful selection of grapes from the oldest vineyard parcels of our Farm. The predominant varieties are Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Barroca. The vinification Rozès L.B.V. is performed on traditional vats of 5,000 kg, in order to obtain the qualitative definition of the year.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby heavily loaded. Esteva aromas with berries (blackberry) and cherry, something chemical and mineral in a very stylish and secure set. Presents an excellent structure, loaded with fruit, forage, with firm tannins, powerful, long and very persistent set.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 14 º and 16 º C.
Food Pairing:
Goes very well with strong cheeses, jam, candy dishes with a lot of chocolate cakes with dried or candied fruit.
