Intense red colour with violet reflections. Concentrated flavours of prune, pear, spice and vanilla. Notes of cherry, raspberry, coffee and chocolate. The palate is vigorous, firm tannins and balanced, with a rich mouth end, marked by notes of ripe red fruit.Store and Serve Advices:
Bottle should be in the upright position, at a constant temperature and away from intense direct light. After opening, consume preferably in 20 to 24 weeks. Port wine is a natural wine, so it may form some natural sediment with time. Pour it carefully, so it does not become cloudy. Should be consumed at a temperature between 16º to 18º C.Food Pairing:
This wine is delicious as an aperitif, served well chilled, may accompany snacks and cheeses such as Roquefort, Stilton, Fourme d'Ambert, Cabecou, Picodon, Chabichou, Sierra and Manchego. It is also perfect with dishes of game and at the end of the meal, desserts made with chocolate, fruits and pastries.Allergens:
