Winemaking:
The white and red grapes were hand-picked together in small 18 kg boxes. The resulting wine was fermented in a small stainless steel vat, with very gentle pumping and controlled temperature for about 15 days. After pressing, the wine aged in used French oak barrels for several years, where it remained for 6 months.

Excellent with all types of meat dishes, especially to accompany grilled meats.Allergens:
