Winemaking:
A blend made with Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz and Tinto Cão from 40-year-old vines, 100% fermented with stalks. Halfway through the process, to avoid the astringency of the tannins, we interrupt contact with the skin. It aged for 12 months in 300L barrels and then aged for another 8 months in bottle before going on the market.

Clear and open color. It has a very fresh aroma, very mineral, with wild fruits, spices and notes of reduction. In the mouth it is fresh, with well-defined acidity, very polished tannins and a long, deep and delicate finish.Store and serve advice:
Best served at a temperature around 16-18°C.Food Pairing:
Excellent with all types of meat dishes, especially to accompany grilled meats.Allergens:
