Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested in the vineyard itself, next to the cellar, after a careful selection for reduced production. Harvesting was carried out at night. The different fermented grape varieties are separated in Seguin Moreau French oak vats at a controlled temperature, extending the process to the maximum. 50% of the grapes are aged for a period of 8 months in Seguin Moreau French oak vats. The other 50% was aged in Seguin Moreau French oak barrels for at least 8 months. The bottles rest in the cellar for at least 12 months before leaving the cellar.
