Winemaking:
Total destemming and pneumatic pressing. Alcoholic fermentation followed by 2 months aging in the bottle.

Arinto, Gouveio, Viosinho
Tasting Notes:
Pale yellow color. Attractive and inviting aroma, with hints of plum, currant and flowers, as well as freshly squeezed fruit. Fruity, young and lively, with balanced freshness and density. A complex wine.
Store and serve advice:
Serve at a temperature of 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, as well as with shellfish and shellfish.
