Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested manually, into 20 kg boxes, at their ideal maturation point, leading to higher aromatic and polyphenolic concentrations. After gentle crushing and total destemming, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats equipped with a temperature control system. Aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels and 6 months in the bottle.

Deep purple red color is very concentrated on the nose with aroma of very ripe red fruits, cocoa and spices integrated with hints of wood. In the mouth it is elegant with good acidity and velvety tannins resulting in a very structured and harmonious wine.Store and serve advice:

This wine goes well with red meat, roast beef and grilled meats.Allergens:
