Winemaking:
Total destemming, prolonged pelicular maceration and alcoholic fermentation. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Alicante Bouschet
Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet with violet tones. Elegant, with aromas of very ripe fruit, spices and balsamic notes. Full-bodied and persistent with great aging potential.
Store and serve advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with Mediterranean cuisine and matured cheeses.
