Winemaking:
Manual harvest in 25 kg baskets. The grapes were transported to the Quinta do Crasto winery where they were destemmed, transferred to stainless steel fermentation vats and inoculated with selected yeasts. Traditional reruns were done throughout the fermentation period. Aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
