Winemaking:
Hand-picked grapes for small perforated boxes. Reception with destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with tanning at a controlled temperature of around 23°C. Prolonged maceration and malolactic fermentation in oak. This wine ages for 24 months in French oak barrels, followed by a long bottle aging period of 6 years.

The Rio Torto vineyard has schist soils with excellent sun exposure, where the grapes reach perfect maturation and give rise to unique wines due to their complexity and aging potential. This wine aged in French oak barrels for 24 months, followed by a long bottle aging period of 6 years, which balanced the entire structure, combining concentration and elegance.Store and serve advice:
