Winemaking:
Pneumatic pressing of stemmed grapes. Cold decantation for 48 hours and fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.
Grap Varieties:
Malvasia Fina, Bical, Encruzado
Tasting Notes:
citrus color with bright reflections, clean aroma, soft mouth and good acidity.
Store and serve advice:
Serve at a temperature of 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with fish dishes and even pasta.
