Winemaking:
Manual harvesting for 15 kg plastic boxes. At the entrance to the cellar, all the grapes were harvested by hand (harvest table). Alcoholic fermentation took place in a small stainless steel vat with controlled temperature. After fermentation, skin contact was maintained in vat for another 20 days, after which it was gently pressed and transferred to French oak barrels (225 liters), where it aged for 24 months. At the end of aging, it was not subjected to any filtration process. Stabilization occurred naturally through prolonged aging in barrels. It aged for 3 years in the bottle until it was released on the market.

Intense ruby. Excellent aromatic complexity, highlighting the fine notes of spices, in perfect harmony with soft red fruits and fresh and woody aromas. Captivating start, evolving into a wine of excellent volume and serious structure, composed of powerful tannins, but with a very fine texture.
