Winemaking:
Grapes from a single plot, with extreme vines of the Touriga Nacional variety, in simple Guyot. Vinha do Colmeal has a plot of land in vertical vineyard technique, facing south. Manual harvest, during the month of September. The grapes were received at the cellar, in the special line, with total destemming and manual selection of bunches and later “grape by grape” by optical selection machine. Vinification was carried out in a lagar, with pre-fermentation maceration and temperature control. 12 months in used French oak barrels of 300 and 500 liters.

Deep violet color. The aroma is exuberant, with very expressive ripe fruit, with emphasis on black plum and sour cherry. In the mouth it impresses with its balance and seductive tannins. The finish is fresh, long and full of fruit.Store and serve advice:
