Winemaking:
Total destemming with crushing. 8 days of fermentation. 1 week of maceration after fermentation. Vertical pressing. Aged for 6 months in French oak vats.

Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby color. Great structure, density and complex aromas very typical of Douro classics.
Store and serve advice:
Serve between 16 and 18ºC.
