Tasting Notes:
Rich and intense on the nose with aromas of blackberry, cassis, black pepper and vanilla, toasty in the background, progressing to cinnamon, caramel and licorice. In the mouth it is medium bodied, well worked tannins, on point acidity, good volume, good concentration and a finish, although not so long, very pleasant and fruity.
Store and serve advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal accompaniment to strong flavored meat and game dishes and strong cheeses.
