Winemaking:
Total destemming and sustained but gentle skin maceration. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. 12 months aging in new French oak barrels.

Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz
Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby color with violet tones. Wine that shows the colors of the Douro, with an explosion of wild fruit aromas. Complex, with toasted, cocoa and floral notes. Its flavor is soft, voluminous, well-structured and persistent.
Store and serve advice:
Serve at a temperature of 18ºC.

Accompanies grilled red meats and strong cheeses.
