Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested into 25 kg boxes, after careful selection for their best state of health, and sent to the winemaking center where they were completely destemmed. Fermentation took place for 9 days in a 14-tonne granite press, with foot treading and gentle rinses for blanket leaching and extraction of phenolic and aromatic compounds. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, the wine was transferred to stainless steel vats where malolactic fermentation took place and then aged in new French oak barrels for 18 months.

It is a wine with a deep violet color. The aroma is very fruity, with clear notes of ripe black fruits, such as blueberries and currants, while being fresh with floral notes. In the mouth it is concentrated, fat, with present tannins, chocolate notes and implied freshness. Long and very persistent.Store and serve advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.Food Pairing:
This wine goes well with red meat, roast beef and grilled meats.Allergens:
