Test results:
Cocoa, macerated black fruit, earth, pepper. Dense and concentrated, with high acidity for freshness, firm tannins, a very peppery, rich and austere finish.
Store and serve advice:
Serve at room temperature (16-18ºC). Decant before serving.
Food Pairing:
Good on its own, with clams, mushrooms and filet mignon.
