Winemaking:
The grapes come from the oldest plots of our vineyards, over 100 years old. The harvest is carried out in the perfect phenolic maturation of each plot separately. Fermentation is carried out in historic granite lagares (lagares) with the traditional foot-treading process, with controlled temperature. Macerations for 15 days with skin contact. The aging process lasts for 18 years in French oak barrels.

Cherry red color. Complex and intense aroma dominated by red fruits as well as black plum and light floral tones. Notes of dark chocolate and some spices from aging in French oak barrels. In the mouth it is a full-bodied wine, which brings aromas of fresh fruit and well-integrated velvety tannins, giving the wine elegance and a pleasant and persistent aftertaste.Store and serve advice:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.Food Pairing:
This wine goes well with red meat, roast beef and grilled meats.Allergens:
