Winemaking:
After a careful selection of the grapes, both in the vineyard and at the entrance to the cellar, they are fermented in vats in order to separate the varieties and plots. Aging takes place 50% in 225 L barrels and 50% in 500 L barrels. The barrels are 15% new oak.

A good example of what Touriga Franca can produce in shale lands, this blend starts by showing a good mineral nose, then develops some striking notes of red and black fruits, followed by spices. Elegant tannins. A clearly defined wine leading to good minerality and a perfect long finish.Store and serve advice:
Keep the bottle in a horizontal position away from direct light. Ideal to serve between 14/16ºC. Aging potential of about 10 years.Food Pairing:
