Classic winemaking. Fermentation at controlled temperature up to 28º C for 8 days. Aging in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Dark red color. Very complex aromas of very ripe wild berries, with nuances of cherry and spices, and with hints of chocolate. In the mouth it is velvety and full with the presence of elegant tannins that contribute to a long aftertaste.Store and serve advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.Food Pairing:
Goes well with strong cheeses, codfish, Iberian pork and risotto.Allergens:
