Winemaking:
We control the production of grapes in the vineyards to obtain perfect maturation. Vinification is done separately. After 2 days of maceration, to extract the aromas, they are fermented at 23ºC. They will then have a malolactic fermentation and finally aging in French oak barrels for 12 months. The final batch is finned and filtered before bottling.
