The aroma is very concentrated with notes of red fruits, cherries and blackberries. In the mouth it is full-bodied, soft, with well-matched wood. It presents a complex and prolonged mouth.
Store and serve advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
Food Pairing:
It is ideal to accompany red meats and from the age of 10 a soft cheese.
