Winemaking:
After pressing the whole grapes, the wine is fermented in new barrels where it aged for 3 months with bâtonnage.

Citrus color. The white and tropical fruits are well matched with the subtle touch of vanilla from aging in oak barrels. Marked by a balanced acidity and the freshness of the white and tropical fruits, this wine is very mineral and with a good volume in the mouth due to the bâtonnage.
