From a 50-year-old vineyard, 400 meters above sea level. Very fragrant in the aroma, in a “light” style that now seems to attract more and more producers, fruit always in the foreground, raspberries and wild strawberries. Delicate, with lively acidity providing a lot of freshness, a different red, elegant, light and long.
Store and serve advice:
Serve at 18ºC/64ºF.
Food Pairing:
It is ideal for meats, a variety of medium to full bodied cheeses, as well as wild game.
