Manual harvest in boxes of 18 kg. Natural and spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. 28-day Cuvaison. Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.
Grape Varieties:
Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Baga
Tasting Notes:
Concentrated dark violet color. Generous nose with a very intense aroma of blackberries and crushed blueberries. The complexity comes from deep floral aromas and toasted barrel notes. Powerful palate of firm and very ripe tannins and a complex and sustained finish.
Store and serve advice:
Serve at 16º C.
Food Pairing:
Accompany with roasted red meats or lightly caramelized game and accompanied with black fruit jelly.
