Winemaking:
Wine from the 2011 harvest made from red grapes, traditional from the Douro, following the Port Wine vinification method, where the fermentation of musts is interrupted by the addition of wine brandy. This wine comes from a single special harvest, aging in cask until bottling.

Topaz colour with orange hints. Complex aromas of honey, candied fruit, vanilla and dried fruit. Delicate and very smooth in the mouth. Evident notes of caramel with a touch of spices at the end.Store and Serve Advices:
The decanter must be stored upright, protected from direct light and excessive humidity, at a constant temperature.Food Pairing:
Perfectly accompanies desserts based on eggs, dried or crystallized fruits, such as the traditional "Bolo-Rei".Allergens:
