Winemaking:
The harvest was carried out in September. The grapes were transported in 25 kg boxes to the winery. The complete alcoholic fermentation was carried out in a traditional treading press (on foot). After this process, the wine was placed in old barrels where malolactic fermentation would take place. The stage was made in these same barrels for 20 months until the wine was ready to be bottled.

As its name implies, this is an intense ruby wine, with aromas of violets, blackberries, blueberries and currants - hints of chocolate and tobacco to emerge afterwards. In the mouth it is vibrant, fresh and persistent.Store and serve advice:

Excellent with all types of meat dishes, especially to accompany grilled meats.Allergens:
