Winemaking:
Fermentation at a temperature of 16-17 °C, for one month in stainless steel vats. It matures for a month on the lees.
Grapemaking:
Arinto, Cerceal, Chardonnay
Tasting Notes:
Citrus yellow color. Exuberant aroma, with notes of apple, citrus and pineapple. Excellent acid freshness and volume with intense aromatic notes.
Store and serve advice:
Store lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 9ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with fish, shellfish, salads and cold soups.
