Winemaking:
The upper part of the Boa Vista vineyard, called Outeiro, has consistently produced wines of great character and depth from the 2 grape varieties planted there, producing a true sense of “terroir”. Fermentation ends in new American oak barrels with bâtonnage followed by malolactic fermentation and 22 months of maturation.

Dense ruby-red, purple meniscus. Aroma Great intensity with red and black fruits with hints of spices and mocha. Palate Notes of red and black fruits, good acidity, structure and great complexity. Abundant, fine-grained tannins, with a creamy taste from barrel fermentation. A steel fist in a velvet glove.Store and serve advice:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.Food Pairing:
This wine goes well with red meat, roast beef and grilled meats.Allergens:
