Winemaking:
Whole grapes, destemmed and pressed, the clear juice is fermented at 14ºC.

Encruzado,Malvasia Fina,Cerceal White
Tasting Notes:
Pale green color. Citrus and mineral aromas. Fresh and crunchy in the mouth with good balance. Very fresh and pleasant aftertaste.
Store and serve advice:
Serve between 10ºC-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with starters, seafood, fish and cold dishes.
