Winemaking:
Grapes from selected varieties with balanced ripeness and acidity. After gentle destemming and crushing, the grapes are pressed. The must obtained is sent to stainless steel vats, where the alcoholic fermentation takes place, with controlled temperature. The balance and harmony are obtained through the selection of grapes and the choice of the moment to stop the fermentation, with the addition of wine brandy. During the period between the alcoholic fermentation and the execution of the final batch, the wines are submitted to tasting and analysis in order to determine their quality. After aging in stainless steel tanks, the final blend is prepared, after a careful selection of wines, clarified and stabilized by cold, before bottling.
