Winemaking:
Grapes from very old vines, coming from high altitudes. Fermented with 60% whole bunches in wooden vases, aged in 500 liter barrels.

Tasting Notes:
The wine is expressive but, at the same time, fine on the nose with a lot of purity and elegance, with beautiful and austere tannins, with an incredible lightness and a very, very long finish.
Store and serve advice:
Store in a horizontal position away from direct light. Serve at a temperature of 16/18°C.
Food Pairing:
This wine goes well with red meat, roast beef and grilled meats.
