Winemaking:
Diálogo is produced from vineyards located in the Cima Corgo sub-region, the main varieties being Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Amarela and Tinta Barroca. Its freshness and youth well integrated with soft tannins, make this wine, full of Douro character, a very pleasant wine to drink. Illustration by Luís Afonso tells the story of Dialogo labels since the first edition. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, with 8 to 15 days of total contact with the skin and 10% of the wine aged in used 225 L French oak barrels for 18 months.
