Winemaking:
This wine is only made in years of exceptional quality and chosen from the best plots of Alicante Bouschet in the Carapetos vineyard. Crushed by foot and after fermentation in the mills, it ages in two wooden vats numbered 3 and 4 for 24 months. It then matures for another 24 to 36 months in bottle before release.

Tasting Notes:
Very dark in color, dense and structured with a close aroma of black fruits and mint phenolic compounds. Mouth full of matter, tight texture, lots of body and freshness with a balsamic touch, austere and full of character.
Store and serve advice:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with red meats and strong cheeses.
