Winemaking:
Pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, post-fermentation maceration. Part of the lot aged for 18 months in extra fine-grained American and French oak barrels.

Light and deep violet red color with a touch of purple. On the nose it is sweet and elegant, very intense, showing great aromatic complexity. The freshness of the floral and bergamot notes is in balance with the region's black fruits and flora, rock rose and rosemary, very typical of the Douro Superior. The aging in new barrels contributed to enhance all the aromatic richness, showing discreet notes of roasting, vanilla and toast. In the mouth it is extremely elegant and intense, velvety, voluminous and very structured. It features smooth and quality tannins that give it great soul, the finish is fruity, intense, persistent and of great finesse.Store and serve advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.Food Pairing:
