Winemaking:
Harvesting was carried out manually in 12 kg boxes in the early hours of the morning. The grapes were immediately taken to the cellar where they were rigorously sieved. They were then selected, destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation took place at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats.

On the nose it is clean and fresh with aromas of pulp fruits, floral and mineral notes. In the mouth it has good structure and presence in the mouth, excellent acidity gives freshness and balance to the whole. The finish is long, fresh and pleasantly saline.Store and serve advice:
Serve at a temperature of 11-12ºC.Food Pairing:
Enjoy chilled as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish, seafood and white meat dishes.Allergens:
