Tasting Notes:
Deep and very complex with notes of macerated berries, fresh jam, tar, spices and a vegetable touch. Rich but restrained tannins, vigor, elegance and personality. Still quite young, it is a very expressive red wine, solid and serious, pure and without artifice. Great wine.
Store and serve advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
Food Pairing:
Especially suitable for fatty and highly seasoned dishes such as roasts and stir-fries.
