Winemaking:
After gentle destemming and crushing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Vanilla flavor with black fruit involvement. In the mouth it is dense, full-bodied and velvety, with a finish marked by silky tannins that give it a long aromatic persistence.
Store and serve advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.

Ideal to accompany spicy dishes and game meats.
